    Asparagus microwaves like a dream...

    Nuke for two minutes, fluff, nuke for two more minutes, test... May need two more minutes if you have big stalks or LOTS in the pan.

    I like the way you served them. I've always sliced them because they make such pretty little rolls, but I know my kids prefer them whole. I'm going to have to do this next time!

    They havejarred pickled asaragus at Costco. We use those for bloody mary's. I am assumign the pickled asparagus would taste fantastic with this recipe
