    Sausage swirls

    2 packages crescent rolls
    1 pound sausage
    1/2 red bell pepper
    Green onions

Brown sausage chop pepper and onion roll out crescent dough flat pinch seems closed.

Distribute sausage and veggies evenly over surface of dough

Roll up (like a jelly roll)

Slice into 8 slices per roll

    Lay flat on cookie sheet
Bake according to directions on crescent roll package.

I have made these with country sausage, Italian sausage and chorizo sausage.
I prefer them in the order I list them in, but all were good.
