SAUSAGE BALLS
1 pound Breakfast Sausage like Jimmy Dean
1 Box Stove Top Stuffing any flavor
2 Eggs
1/3 cup water
Mix everything together in lg bowl
Roll into 1 in balls place next to each other but not touching on cookie sheet
Bake 20-30 minutes turn over half way thru cooking time
Enjoy warm as is.
Or you can combine I jar of chili sauce and one can of ocean spray jelled cranberry sauce in crock pot place meatball in mixture and cook until throughly warm. EHJOYLast edited by LariP; 01-18-2013 at 07:56 PM.

No just the dry crumbs I personally use the sage flavored stuffing

wow, never heard of using stove top. We have always used the bisquick. Will have to test this one out

Ok, I printed this off this morning and Bruce made them while I was at work today so we could have them for dinner tonight.
Had some plain, some in grape jelly/catsup and Worcestershire sauce BBQ and some coated in some leftover cream Rouladin sauce I made this past weekend. Yummy!
