SAUSAGE BALLS

1 pound Breakfast Sausage like Jimmy Dean
1 Box Stove Top Stuffing any flavor
2 Eggs
1/3 cup water
Mix everything together in lg bowl
Roll into 1 in balls place next to each other but not touching on cookie sheet
Bake 20-30 minutes turn over half way thru cooking time
Enjoy warm as is.
Or you can combine I jar of chili sauce and one can of ocean spray jelled cranberry sauce in crock pot place meatball in mixture and cook until throughly warm. EHJOY

Does Stove Top Stuffing have a seasoning packet, and would you also include that too? goobers mom

You can use Panko in exchange for the Stuffing...

Ok, I printed this off this morning and Bruce made them while I was at work today so we could have them for dinner tonight.

Had some plain, some in grape jelly/catsup and Worcestershire sauce BBQ and some coated in some leftover cream Rouladin sauce I made this past weekend. Yummy!

I made it for fun. A freshly shredded cheese is a must for these sausage balls.
