Favorite cheeseball
2 large packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 bunch of onions
1 package of dried beef
i box of town house crackers
soften cream cheese to room tempature, Chop green onions and dried beef, kneed all ingredients together and shape into a ball and refridgerate until ready to serve. ENJOYLast edited by LariP; 01-18-2013 at 08:37 PM.

Wow what is dried beef? I have never heard of it... Is it like beef jerky?

No [MENTION=1]Desert Sky[/MENTION] it comes in a jar, I think on the canned foods aisle near the tuna and stuff. What you use to make $h!t on a shingle too. Can probably use the beef lunch meat that comes in those individual packets. I cant think of the brand right now, need my coffee still. haha That was what we grew up using on our "shingles" in place of the jarred stuff. Probably isnt the same flavor tho.
This seems very easy, I love party foods so this may have to go on my list.
