Holiday Cream Cheese Ball
This is for the holiday season but I make it all year round if the mood strikes
Items Needed:
1 or 2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese (depends how many you need to serv) Buddig thin sliced ham
Green onions.
===================
Let the cream cheese soften.
Chop the ham and green onion into tiny pieces. You can choose how much you'd like to add.
Once chopped just use your hands to mix the ham and onion into the cream cheese. Mold into a ball and chill.
Once chilled serve with ritz crackers! Enjoy!Last edited by LariP; 01-18-2013 at 03:55 PM.
