I keep trying different yet quick breakfast recipes to maintain the health of my family. One such recipe I tried was Masala oats made delicious with Red Chilly Paste from Orientasian (https://orientasian.in/).
For this dish I didn't use the ready made masala oats packet but used the normal oats from Quaker.
I then followed This recipe to make a delicious breakfast

* Onion - 1/4 Cup (finely chopped)
* Salt - 1/2 tsp (adjust per taste)
* Mixed Vegetables - 1/2 Cup (finely chopped)
* Red Chilli Paste (https://orientasian.in/red-chilli-paste/) from OrientAsian
* Water - 3 Cups
* Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats - 1 Cup

First heat a non stick pan and add the onion and salt. Dry roast the onions until they turn translucent.
Now, add the mixed veggies and saute for a minute. Add the red Chilli paste and stir well.
Add about 1 Cup of water and cook closed in medium flame until the veggies are 3/4th done.
Now, add the remaining 2 Cups of water and let the water come to a boil. Now add the oats and mix well. Continue to cook until the oats is done.
Turn off the flame and serve hot with a garnish of coriander leaves.Your delicious masala Oats is ready.
