Lately, I am trying to shift my diet to more nature based. Since my mother is following Ayurveda for her treatment, I learned from her that some of the recipes backed by goodness of Ayurveda can actually make wonders. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day I start my day with Ayurvedic Breakfast Smoothie. This recipe I found on iahas.com and it is very healthy and easy to make.

Ingredients
1 cup chopped Kale1 cup Spinach½ t grated ginger½ cup chopped celery½ pear½ appleFew mint leavesFew Basil leaves¼ t Cinnamon powder1 t lemon juice¼ cup greek yogurt (optional)

Method
Blend all the ingredients togetherAdd yogurt and blend again if it is not to your desired consistencyServe chilled.
