2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Half cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup full fat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1.5 cups chocolate chips
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners or a reusable silicone muffin liners

2. In a bowl mix together flour, white and brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a separe bowl using a mixer mix together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until blended.
Then add dry ingredients to the "wet" mix and mix on a medium setting
Then add chocolate chips leaving sone to put on the top and stir them in with a wooden spoon


4. Spoon mixture into muffins cups i usually put it 3/4 of the length of a paper case and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean
Leave it to cool on a wire rack
