    Beer or 7-up Bread




    Beer or 7-up Bread


    3 Cups Self Rising Flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    12 oz. can of beer or 7-up

    Place flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Pour in beer or 7-up ( pour your liquid into a tilted bowl, just like pouring a draft beer, that self-rising flour likes to foam up a speck).
    Mix until ingredients are blended. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 375 for 55 minutes or until golden brown. One cup of raisins or nuts may be added to the batter before baking if desired.
