This was my mums recipe for Yorkshire Puddings I loved these as a child and my hubby and family are always asking for them traditionally served with a baked dinner. Ingredients: 1 cup self raising flour, 1/2 cup milk, pinch salt, 1/2 cup cold water from fridge & 2 eggs. Method: Mix all ingredients together in bowl or jug, add extra water if mixture is too thick. refrigerate for at least 1 hour. cook in a hot oven poured into muffin pans that has had a little oil and heated until very hot cook until golden brown and set.
