    Chicken & Rice Casserole






    Super easy and yummy

    Ingredients:

    3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice with herb seasonings, uncooked
    1 stick butter, melted

    Boil chicken until tender; retaining broth.

    Preheat oven t0 350 degrees.

    Pull apart chicken and put into a baking dish, along with melted butter; stir. Add rice and seasoning packet and enough of the retained chicken broth to just cover all ingredients. Stir well.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until most of broth is absorbed and edges are golden brown.
