Sausage & Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box (6-ounces) Uncle Ben’s long-grain and wild rice
1 pound ground sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (4-ounces) mushroom pieces
1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook rice according to directions on box.
In a heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until thoroughly done; drain. Combine all ingredients except butter and pour into casserole dish. Dot top with butter.
