    Cornbread Casserole




    CORNBREAD CASSEROLE

    1 can cream corn
    1 can whole kernel corn--drained
    1 Jiffy corn bread mix
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 stick of butter melted
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 T. sugar

    Pour into a buttered dish and bake @ 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

    This is a good side to Chili, Bean or Taco Soups
