Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1-lg. bag of frozen hashbrowns/cubed potatoes (southern style has extra flavor!)
1-stick of butter (melted)
1-sm. can of Mushroom Soup
1-sm. can of Cream of Celery
1-sm. tub of sour cream
1-bag of shredded cheese (i actually use 1 1/2-2 bags myself)
Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT SHREDDED CHEESE, in large mix bowl and spread out into a 9x13 baking dish. Baking spray is helpful but not necessary. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cover casserole with foil and bake casserole for 40-50 min. Remove foil and add the shredded cheese on top. Place back into oven without foil for 30-40 min.
The times can vary but this will be easy to tell as the cheese will melt and you want to remove before it starts to brown around the edges.
Caution: this will go fast!Last edited by LariP; 01-20-2013 at 08:36 AM.
