    Preheat oven to 450
in a dark baking pan add
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
a couple handfulls of frozen french fries spread out in a fairly even layer
    1 small chopped onion
Bake for 12 minutes then turn fries and onions.
Add a layer of chopped ham chunks
Put back in oven for 12 minutes longer
    while baking
wisk together one can of cheese soup
    1 can milk
2 Tbsp flour in a sauce pan. Heat until thickened.
Pour over fries and sprinkle top liberally with co-jack Bake until bubbly. (about 10 minutes)

You could use hashbrowns or tater tots for this recipe instead of french fries.
Or sliced potatoes but then you would have to adjust the cooking time to allow for the potatoes to cook.

I forgot to add to spice to taste...I added Sea salt and cracked pepper. Bruce added a little Chalupa hot sauce on his.
