    crock pot cheat's Chinese chicken chow main

    I really fancied some Chinese for dinner so i thought it be worth putting my slow cooker into action -praying that food will tun up eatable and yet again my crock pot didn't disappoint me

    2 chicken breasts

    • 1/2 cup dissolved chicken stock cube 1 and a half -tablespoon of light soy sauce
      2 teaspoons of sesame oil
      1.5 - 2 Tablespoons oyster flavored sauce or vegetarian flavored oyster sauce
      2 teaspoons of honey 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce half of carrot grated
      few baby corns
      handful of beansprouts
      1 bok choy sliced
      1 packed of Chinese egg noddles - ready cooked
      half of teaspoon of garlic powder

      1) slice chicken into strips or cubes (i used frozen and sliced them after)
      2) toss everything into slow cooker expect carrot and noodles -Cook on high for 30 minutes - 1 hour or low for 1.5 - 2 hours
      3) throw the carrots into the slow cooker 30 minutes prior to serving.
      4) 10 minutes before serving, turn slow cooker to high heat, add the pre-cooked noodles using a spoon -mix to combine all the ingredients making sure to coat the noodles with sauce

      serve hot
