Crock pot chicken fettuccine alfredo
3 minced garlic gloves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 400ml double cream (heavy cream)
2boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
1 onion, diced
2 overflowing cups broccoli florets
1 fresh fettuccine (one package
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup all-purpose flour (ONLY if sauce isnt thick enough)
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs, salt and pepper last to taste
1) Put the garlic, broccoli & onion and oil into the slow cooker and turn it on high. Let it sit 30 minutes
2) Add in the chicken, herbs and cream and cook all for another on high 1h,50 m
3) 10 min before serving cook pasta separately (i cooked my pasta in slow cooker but wasnt as nice and i lost a lot of sauce)
4) drain pasta add it to slow cooker to fully coven everything with sauce add Parmesan and stir once more - add salt and pepper if needed to taste

I like this recipe - Creamy Mushrooms avocado pasta
Ingredients:
3.5 ounces Penne Pasta
5 ounces Mushrooms
½ Red Onion
AVOCADO SAUCE:
3 ounces Fresh Spinach
1 Avocado
½ Lime
3 minced cloves Garlic
1,5 oz Parsle
2 tbsp Almond Milk
4 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
