not overpowering dish and extra juicy serves 4




3 chicken breast cut into pieces

1 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Medium Onions, Chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Celery Stalk, Chopped

1 Red Pepper, Chopped
1 Cup red Wine

1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
 with juices
handful of mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley

Salt & Pepper

Pinch Of Red Pepper Flakes,

1)place everything expect mushrooms and vine into crock pot
2) cut mushrooms into small pieces and put it on the pan with wine - cook untill wine reduces in half place in a slow cooker
3) cook 5h on low or 3 h on high
serve with rice - job done
