    Slow cooker Chinese Char Siu pulled pork

    1/4 cup light soy sauce

    1/4 cup hoisin sauce

    4tablespoons ketchup

    3 tablespoons honey

    1teaspoons garlic seasoning

    2 teaspoons ginger seasononing

    1 teaspoon dark sesame oil

    1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
    1 500g pork
    1 tablespoon of cornstarch on the end if needed

    Combine everything in a small bowl

    Place pork and marinade in an slow cooker pour the marinate Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

    Remove pork from slow cooker using a fork pull it apart

    Add tablespoon of cornstarch and cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until sauce thickens.
    Add sauce to the meat once is on the plate not meat to the sauce like with traditional bbq pulled porkx
    serve with vegetable rice

    vegetable rice
    cook rice with frozen peas and sweetcorn with added chicken stock cube
