Thread: Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese

Well, we need a pic for this one so somebody take a good one please, then tag me so I can pin it.

Okay, i'm going to make this again this week so i'll take a picture of it.

the picture doesn't do justice to the tastiness of this dish, i'm afraid. [MENTION=17]cali~jenn[/MENTION], not the greatest picture. I should've used a different color plate. I can stage it again tomorrow w/a different background if you don't like so much.

Good job! I think we should try and take pics and post even if there r some already. I know most of mine or awful so would love to see more. This one I do like tho.

Okay here is my attempt at photos! We shredded it in the crockpot (1st pic) to put in tortillas for burritos (3rd pic)
2nd pic is just the chicken as is before shredding.

It was very good, it reminds me a lot of chicken salad when it is eaten cold too.

Next time I will defrost the chicken first, since I did have to drain a huge amount of juice from the pot.

Made this two nights ago and it was so very good! My husband and I loved it! And it was even better the next day!

Wasn't this so,so good?? I agree, after a day or so the flavors melded even more and the dish became tastier.

Was trying to think of my weekend meal and realized I haven't made this one in FOREVER! Sad! Got an easy weekend planned with it anyhow. Lol

We love this recipe here, too we usually serve it in taco shells or over rice. I've never thought about keeping the breast whole! I also haven't made this in awhile need to check out my supplies and head to the store! I love crockpot meals!

hehe, been thinking of this recipe too! i may make this one instead of the Japanese chicken for my friends tomorrow. Love how this turns out and so easy in the crock pot! (can't believe i first made this almost 1 year ago and haven't made it since then)!!

I hadn't made it in forever a year ago when you posted and still haven't. I love so many recipes and then like trying new ones so there are many I only make 1 time a year or so. Especially being on my diet mon-thurs, I cook much less now.

Got everything in the crock pot now...can't wait to have this for dinner tonight again!

Had ours last night and will again tomorrow. Leftovers will get frozen n small batches for quick weeknight meals.

You beat me to it! I'm going to serve it with tortillas tonight. I used pinto beans instead of black beans 'cuz that's what i had, and frozen corn kernels. The house smells good already!
