Pulled Pork BBQ Crockpot Style
This is too simple Folks!
Buy some country ribs. Set your crockpot on low......let the country ribs cook all day.
(about 6 hours or longer) Drain off. take fork and the country ribs will fall apart into shreaded pork. Put back into crockpot.......add your favorite BBQ sauce. Ready!
Oh yeah......the ultimate BBQ Sauce..........
Uncle Mikey’s Bodacious B-B-Q Glazing Sauce
Ingredients:
K.C. Masterpiece mesquite 16 ounce
2 shots of Elijah Craig 96 proof Single Barrel 12 year old or older Bourbon.(Only a damn Yankee would use whiskey!!!!!!):p
Honey (Sue Bee in honey bear bottle) ˝ bottle
Worchestershire sauce 2 dashes
Mustard 2 Tblsp.
Poultry Seasoning- 2 dashes
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon on while cooking on grill and allow
to sizzle and glaze meat on grill.
This works for chicken, ribs, or pork chops. It will cover 10 pieces of chicken.
Use it plain as BBQ Sauce on Pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and pork chops also.Last edited by LariP; 01-20-2013 at 01:37 PM.

I used this BBQ sauce on chicken recently, OMG so good! I used Jim Beam instead of Elijah Craig because thats what we had. You can definitely taste the bourbon in it, not overpowering by any means but it is there which doesn't bother me!
