mix all above ingredents except pork in your crockpot, place pork sections in and coat well. Cook 8-10 hours on low.
Remove pork and with two forks shred on a plate and put back into sauce and stir well.
Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
Prep time: 5 min.
Cook time: 8 hours
I made these yesterday and they were delicious, but a little runny, I added a piece of sharp cheddar cheese on top to melt. (definately NOT a diet dinner!) I checked on them this morning and it really thickend up quite a bit. I served with home-made french fries, quick easy dinner without heating up the kitchen, and plenty of leftovers to send home with my son!! Perfect payoff for having my son come and give Vegas a bath for me :yep:Last edited by LariP; 01-20-2013 at 01:34 PM. Reason: This is a Family Site ;)

Re: Slow Cooked Pulled Pork
@cali~jenn, it was good, but after heating it back up last night for leftover's it was very bland, I ended up stirring Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce into it, and then it was perfect, next time I make it I am going to add BBQ sauce. OOoooooohhhhhhh, I get it!! :woot: COCK POT,
Whoops!
