Crockpot Beef Fajitas
Crockpot beef mixture with flank steak, salsa, and bell peppers
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds flank steak, trimmed and cut into 6 inch strips
1 jar salsa, your favorite, about 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup sweet onion
half of green bell pepper, cut in strips
half of red bell pepper, cut in strips
half of yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
half of orange bell pepper, cut in strips
Preparation:
Place all in slow cooker or crockpot --stir well. Cook on low about 8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Remove and serve in warmed flour tortillas with any or all of the following; grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole.Last edited by LariP; 01-20-2013 at 01:11 PM.
