Banana Pudding
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 bananas (sliced)
1 box Nilla wafers
In medium sauce pan, cook first seven ingredients over medium heat until thick; stirring constantly. Add bananas to pudding mixture. Place a layer of Nilla wafers in the bottom of a trifle or serving bowl, pour 1/3 of pudding mixture of wafers; repeat until all of pudding is used and finish off with a layer of wafers.

This is one of my absolute favorite desserts… I will be making this and NOT sharing w/the family!!! LOL

Great recipe dude. I will certainly try this delicious one for sure. We have penty of banan so it will not be that tough.

looks nice but I have to say I don't like bananas and can not eat anything with them in but love the smell of them (weird I know) but Richard likes them so I may try to make it for him.
