A simple dessert for a simple person

Ingredients:


  • 200 gram butter, melt
  • 100 gram cake flour
  • 100 granulated sugar
  • 50 gram cocoa powder
  • 10 gram ovalette
  • 5 eggs
  • 190 ml chocolate condensed milk
  • strawberry jam


Cooking equipment:

  • Square baking pan,grease with butter.


Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, granulated sugar, ovalette in high speed. add cake flour, chocolate condensed milk, and cocoa powder. Mix until the batter rises.
  2. Add the melted butter into the batter, stir until well combined. After that, pour the butter into the prepared baking pan.
  3. Steam the batter for 30 minutes to cook. When it is cooked, put aside and leave to cool. Remove the cake from the baking pan. Cut the cake horizontally into 2 layers. Smear the strawberry jam onto the first layer. Then, put the other layer on to the first layer. Your cake is now ready to be served.
