Peanut Butter Muffin

Ingredients:
100 g Low gluten flour
100 g Granulated peanut butter
2 nos Eggs
60 g Sugar
60 g Milk
50 ml Salad oil
Proper amount of baking powder

Instructions:


1. First, mix the egg and sugar together, and then mix in salad oil.
2. Then add peanut butter and milk and mix well, then sift low gluten flour and baking powder together. Mix well.
3. Next, cover the batter with plastic wrap and let it stand for half an hour, then put the batter into the paper cup about eight full.
4. Finally, put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes.
