Thread: Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie

*For 1 9-inch pie*
Ingredients

8oz softened cream cheese
1 1/3 cup (or 14oz) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp real lemon juice from concentrate
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped cream/whipped topping
1 9-inch chocolate cookie crust
chocolate fudge ice cream topping

Ready?
1) In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2) Gradually add sweetened condensed milk
3) Add peanut butter. Mix well.
4) Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract
5) Fold in whipped topping
6) Pour filling into crust
7) Drizzle topping over pie
8) Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving
9) Keep refrigerated
