Thread: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

I made a few of these at Christmas and they turned out YUMMY!

Ingredients:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 cup mini chocolate chip

Cheesecake
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: Beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar until well blended.
2 Stir in water and vanilla.
3 Add flour, mix well.
4 Stir in chocolate chips.
5 Cheesecake: Heat oven to 350*.
6 Combine crumbs, sugar and butter, mix well.
7 Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
8 Beat cheese until fluffy.
9 Slowly beat in condensed milk.
10 Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
11 Pour into prepared pan.
12 Drop cookie dough in 1 t portions evenly over batter.
13 Push the dough down into the batter.
14 Bake for 45-50 minutes, until set.
15 Cool, then chill.
