Mandarin orange cake
1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
4 EGGS
1/2 CUP WATER
1/2 CUP OIL
1 CAN MANDARIN ORANGES ( DONT DRAIN}
MIX TOGETHER WITH MIXER UNTIL ORANGES ARE SMALL
BAKE AT 350 DEGRESS FOR 30 MINUTES [ DONT OVERBAKE]
FROSTING
1 SMALL TUB COOL WHIP
1PACKAGE [SMALL] VANILLA PUDDING INSTANT
1 LARGE CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE [DONT DRAIN]
MIX TOGETHER WITH MIXER UNTIL PUDDING IS BLENDED
CAKE SHOULD BE KEPT REFRIDERATED
THIS CAKE IS EXCELLENT IN SUMMER VERY LIGHT CAKE AND NOT REALLY REALLY SWEET JUST FRUITY

My whole family LOOOVES this, I use cream cheese icing though because they ahte whipped cream.

It was my turn to provide "treat day" today at work.
I decided to make this cake, or a variation of it.
I used a Dunkin Heinz orange supreme cake mix instead of the yellow mix as directed above.
The can of mandarin oranges was a small 11 oz. can. then I made it as directed above.
Instead of the coolwhip pudding icing, I frosted with cream cheese frosting and topped with chunk pineapple (drained)
It was a hit and several people asked for the recipe.
