I find the court bullion the best out of all the Melting Pot Bouillon flavors, although it is not the most popular I do not think as I could not even find a recipe for it. I finally stumbled upon one, and it did taste just like it.

6 cups warm water
3-4 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Celery
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

Meat preparation:

You can use any meat you wish, cook 2 minutes in very hot to boiling boullion.

I used chicken breast, I cut it into nice little rectangles and put different seasonings on them. I did one in a cajun spice, another in a lime & pepper, and another in a teriyaki sauce. I thought the teriyaki would be my favorite I found the cajun one was perfect seasoned.

I also added some whole mushrooms and broccoli and red potatoes to my broth to eat, one of my favorite parts.
