Which type of ethnic food would you like to try?
I have never had Thai food or curry. I am very curious but hate trying new things and being disappointed so I haven't had them. One of these days maybe.....

I remember having curry as a kid, but Noah (my 15 yo) really wants to make it. So I guess we will be trying it soon. Lol

Really Jenn? Living in So Cal I would have thought you've tried Thai food already. It's one of my favorites with so many flavors that hit the taste buds at the same time! There's a Thai Town here in LA, in Hollywood, that has some very authentic Thai restaurants.
I have a Thai cookbook so maybe i'll make a recipe and post from there this coming weekend.
Next you'll have to try Indonesian food which is similar to Thai, Chinese, and Indian. There's a lot of spices and coconut milk is used in many dishes, as is peanut sauce.

That's exactly what I am doing, trying food from every country. I've tried 6 countries so far and been pleasantly surprised!

I'd like to try Indian food. I've always been afraid to order something that I might not like.

I think I've been lucky enough to have tried most different ethnic foods having lived in the Los Angeles area for most of my life and coming from an Asian background. Maybe Russian food intrigues me, and perhaps some old fashioned Irish cooking!

I would like to try Caribbean food... I've never really had that.
I grew up overseas, so a lot of the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, I've had. And love! Greek, Turkish, Indian... Mmmmmm!
