Thread: What's cookin'??

Well, the weekend is here :dance2:...so what's everyone going to be cooking up this weekend??

I'm planning on making fish sticks and a chicken dish this weekend. I want to make more of that Japanese Chicken and also the Honey Mustard Chicken recipe that [MENTION=1]Desert Sky[/MENTION] posted.

Can't wait to start making a mess in my kitchen again!

today for lunch I grilled up some burger's, fresh petite kaiser roll, lettuce , tom, and guacamole
for dinner I grilled up a couple of filet mignon cause hubs bought the whole filet roast, also baked up some potato wedges coated in olive oil and Old Bay , then a salad,
This morning I made hubs favorite refrigerated cake Watergate cake so that was dessert for dinner
tomorrow, I'm making the Japanese chicken recipe , can't wait

What a feast!! all that sounds delicioso...i just ate dinner but i'm ready to eat again after reading this.

Well I am actually bringing my ceviche tomorrow so I will let you know how the reviews r.

Remember to keep cooking and reducing the sauce til it gets a little thick ...it's sooooooo good!!!
