Deep fried portobello mushrooms
I recently ate this at a restaurant called Melt It which serves the most delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. These portobellos were so meaty and juicy...and deep fried! I wouldn't think they'd be too difficult to make at home. Just wanted to share the scrumptiousness

Most anything fried is a fav but mushrooms and added portobellos.....
