    My son got his first job




    He is going to be working at Boston's Pizzeria Bar & Grille, I cannot believe my boy is all grown up. Well he is 6'5" so he's been grown for a while, but he's officially now 16!!!

    He is at work right now, the house seems emptier....

    Oh! Congratulations!
    My son has worked delivering pizza for a couple years, and is helping open a new Pizza Hut branch this weekend with his buddy, a Manager.
    It is a great first/young job!

    He's loving it so far, but we gotta get used to running him back and forth to work. It's very refreshing to see him excited about doing other stuff besides gaming

    I forgot one thing about working in restaurants though, they always try to cut people home early. Not worth it to go to work for 3 hours

    That stinks!!! I remember driving Logan to and from work, I was thrilled when he got his license of course then Kroger wanted him to work till midnight!!!

    This is worse I think, 11-2!!! Ugh! I just get home do a few things and I gotta turn around again. I had a talk with his boss today and asked her how he was doing, she said they love him, so I said can you give him longer shifts please???!!!

    My daughters first job was at K mart and I had to drive her to and from work and I was really sick at the time with Ross river virus and glandular fever I used drive her to work come home sleep and go back get her and sleep again.

    Your son is very tall and congrats on his first job

    Congratulations! I remember when my son got his first job on construction; he had to be a work at 3 in the morning, it was killing me. We lived about 20 miles away from his job and it kept us on the road. I remember those days well.
