    Do you like Steamed Veggies in Broth?




    So lately I have been liking to dunk my steamed veggies in broth! Chicken broth, beef broth, as long as it's seasoned with flavor. I think I've started this bc of the melting pot, I've always loved the steamed veggies in the fondue broth they give you.

    Anyone else like theirs this way? I find it odd at this age I would not have discovered this sooner. Heck my kids like it too!

    That sounds healthy and good! My cooking preference for veggies has always been to roast them; lately i've been doing that with a little lard and S/P.
