    National breakfast month!

Did you know that September is officially National Breakfast Month?

What do you like to eat for breakfast and what is your favorite breakfast recipe?

I don't eat breakfast, normally. I drink a big ol' coffee and call it good until about noonish.
I never have been able to eat upon rising. I have to wait 3-4 hours, and thn I just very lightly snack something - usually a few bites of some cold leftovers. Dinner is my first meal of the day. Supper being my bigger meal.

I am almost always FAMISHED by the time i wake up in the morning!!

Lately, my go-to breakfast has been a very thickly cut slice of white bread that I buy from a Japanese bakery near my workplace. I will lightly toast this and slather butter on half the slice, and a mixture of pb/crm cheese/condensed milk on the other side. Then, I add raisins, pecans and almonds, and top it all off with about a teaspoon of granulated sugar. YUM!!

Ok, I guess I should play along. My mid-morning snack (first meal of the day, so technically breakfast?) is usually something like homemade yogurt, with a blop of homemade jelly of some type and a big shredded wheat biscuit crushed up and mixed in...

i don't believe in being "good" or "bad" when it comes to food! I love donuts (who doesn't, right). LA is getting ridiculously excited b/c the Dunkin Donuts chain is finally coming here. They opened one up in Santa Monica last week, i think. People were sleeping in front of the store like two days before opening day. It's crazeee!!!

They just opened one about 3 weeks ago right by In & Out Burger where Noah is working now!

Went in there and got us a dozen the day before I posted that.... must've had donuts on the brain!

They have all kinds of stuff in there! Breakfast sandwiches that look sooooo good! I was surprised.
