How do you cook your Thanksgiving Turkey?
We've baked, we've deep fried now for many years! But this year we plan on rotisseried turkey over hot coals in the fire pit, this should be interesting! Can't wait to see how it turns out. We are going to try stuffing it with carrots, small red potatoes and onions too, if it works! Will take pictures today!

Re: How do you cook your Thanksgiving Turkey?
That looks very interesting! How'd it taste?
This year I went to my aunt and uncle's house so I did not make my own turkey. In the past, I've cooked it the "traditional" way--roasting in the oven. One year I made a braised turkey using turkey parts and that turned out really good. I sure do miss the leftovers this year tho.
