Thread: Making Lumpia!

We're making lumpia today, will post recipe later . It's been years since we've done it, I'm going to be so stuffed tonight!

Its Filipino, It's Grammy Sally's recipe. (My MIL). I am wondering if my mom has a recipe too. I was actually born in the Philippines. A Navy brat. But my mom used to cook all different kinds of Filipino food growing up.

These turned out great! I will post the recipe today so I don't lose it. Right now it's a screenshot of a fb message from mil to my husband! Lol

I think the wrappers are a tad different, lumpia wrappers are a lot thinner and don't fry as fluffy as the egg roll wrappers. But then again I suppose it really depends on where you try them.
