Making fresh pasta
I bought a fresh pasta machine a couple months ago and still have not tried it. Yes I am a bit nervous since I've never tried it before. Anyone have any tips on using a pasta machine?

Nope, I've never made fresh pasta before but that tutorial made it look like a fun process. Looks like something to do with your young chef-in-training this long weekend, bullmama!

Re: Making fresh pasta
Well apparently most people do not make fresh pasta! Ugh, poor Chip has checked Safeway, Fry's, Walmart, so I called around all the stores and found it at sprouts. They have a gazillion types of flours there so if you are hunting for a special flour type, that is where to go! Such a good hubby I have to run around looking for an ingredient

Re: Making fresh pasta
I don't go often to Sprouts but I know they sell lots of flours, nuts and oats in bulk so you can just get the amount u need. How exciting!! Cannot wait to hear how your homemade pasta turns out. Take lots of pics of your process, ok?

I will! wouldn't it be cute if Bryce started his own cooking channel on YouTube? Once he gets good at a certain dish I should record him making it.... that would be so fin! Sedona needs a YouTube channel too, because she's just plain adorable and sweet like a little princess! If only I had more time in my day I could totally do this lol....
