Perked Up Ramen
Like a lot of people our menu is seeing a lot of Ramen noodles to help cut costs. I'm interested to know what ya'll do to jazz it up, perk it up or make it more interesting?

Re: Perked Up Ramen
I make something called Beef Ramen Stir Fry.
I use about 2 pounds of ground beef
6-9 packs of oriental ramen
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Soy sauce
Carrots
Broccoli
What I do:
I fry the ground beef with one pack of the oriental seasoning and the ginger. Drain. I steam how ever much carrots and broccoli I want. I crush the ramen noodles while still in package. Put everything in one big pot. Add in all leftover oriental seasoning. Boil for 3-4 minutes. I add soy sauce by guess and taste.
Thats all there is too it, my kids love it.

Both of those sound really delicious and I can't wait to try them.
