Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
I need a bit of advice here. Was given a bottle of raspberry balsamic vinegar as a gift, and I have no idea what to do with it. Tried it as an element in a salad dressing and it wasn't very tasty. I can't imagine it would be very good on any kind of meat, its very fruity smelling. WHAT am I supposed to do with this?
Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

Re: Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
I use it with olive oil 1/4 part oil to 1/4 part vinegar (approximately) to dip crusty Italian bread. My husband likes to use the regular balsamic vinegar. I like the raspberry.
I have a spinach raspberry salad recipe posted in the recipe's. It's possible you could substitute it for the red wine vinegar in that. but cut back on the amount a bit.
