How do I maximize flavor using crock pot?
Ok has anyone ever noticed if you make Italian beef or Chili and then refrigerate it it always tastes better the second day. I guess maybe because it has marinated overnight? Is there anyway to achieve this in 1 day? I made Italian beef today and i'm half tempted to stick it in the fridge or freezer or fridge for a but just to see if that will do it. Any ideas or am I crazy?

I have no idea but if you figure it out, let me know. Especially with the italian beef, it makes a world of difference!
