Hard to post recipes when you don't measure
So I was trying to add of my favorite recipes to the site and realized I don't measure almost anything when I cook. I sort of do it by sight. I taste test then adjust when needed. Anyone else have this problem?

Re: Hard to post recipes when you don't measure
Your post just made me realize that. I was just sitting here thinking 'I can't wait to beef up that vegetarian and vegan section' and then 'oh crap I don't measure anything, shoot' I definitely do everything by sight and taste. Some days I want more butter or salt some days I want less, ya know, whatever's tickling my fancy at the moment

I think a lot of us cook that way. Several of the recipes I posted are from memory and guessing too. So post it how you do it telling people to adjust to taste.
