    Gonna miss summer




    My fridge is full of produce. I'm gonna miss that this winter. There is nothing quite like a big bowl of fresh veggie for dinner, wether it's salad , salsa, or just raw cut up veggie YUMMY!

    Yeah me too, although it certainly helps to think of using my stove again more often.... and now that I can-can my stuff I am thrilled!

    Funny I always look forward to the next season. Fall will allow for soups and that type of thing. Have been wanting my tortilla soup for some time so as soon as it cools down I am making that for sure.
