That is 1 weeks worth of food?! I make everything last at least 2 nights, or I hope to when I cook so I only make 3 or 4 dishes each week. Guess with the size of your family you don't get leftovers huh? Lol

Last night I made my "favorite potato salad" recipe.
I plan to make bbq country style ribs in the crockpot and, I want to try that garlic bread that Lisa posted to go with it.

Hubby isnt a fan of ribs much (too messy) so I never make them. sad they are a fav of mine. Think I should make some soon for the heck of it. My grandpa made THE best ribs EVER when we were little and nobody can recreate them. Very sad.

cali~jenn, to eliminate the messy ness of ribs, I just put the country style ribs in a crockpot, dump a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce, and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Then, you sort of "shred" the meat off the bones, eat on some buns or with whatever side you'd like (i suggest potato salad ), and that's it. No mess 'cuz you eat w/a fork!
