@cali~jenn, to eliminate the messy ness of ribs, I just put the country style ribs in a crockpot, dump a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce, and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Then, you sort of "shred" the meat off the bones, eat on some buns or with whatever side you'd like (i suggest potato salad
), and that's it. No mess 'cuz you eat w/a fork!

ooh... might be makin that. sounds easy and YUMMY! He would love it too so that is perfect. Now to watch the sales.
Making pork chops and sauerkraut tonight. Havent had it in at least 20 years sadly. hubby wont eat pork chops much and never sauerkraut. Will give it a go for me and the girls tonight tho. YUM!
