Lemons
Was given about 10 lemons from a friend, they are very good big ones! Any ideas for something quick and easy that I can use these on? Most of my recipes only call for 1 lemon and most are salad dressing and such. Not exactly something I like to make in the winter.

Re: Lemons
Lemon Cake? With lemon drizzle icing?
Salad Dressing?
Candied slices?
I bet you can also just juice them, put them in ice cube trays (if anyone has those any more) and put the frozen cubes into a ZipLoc in the freezer...
We drink Gin & Tonic, so no citrus ever goes unused in our Fridge! LOL!

Re: Lemons
Well fresh lemon only salmon patties are a must. I have a lemon tree and use them once in a while. Lemon aid is always good. I heard that lemon with honey used as a scrub for your face clears out blackheads and reduces redness but haven't actually tried it yet. I need to tho!
