Re: Crock Pot Bags!!!!!
They sound very cool, except for the fact that I dropped my crockpot last year and I am trying not to buy a new one. Trying very hard, and it hurts.

Re: Crock Pot Bags!!!!!
Do you feed your dogs beans? Mine really only like chickpeas. I just sear their meat and give it to them mostly raw.

Re: Crock Pot Bags!!!!!
My aunt swears by these bags! I bought them when they first came out and I guess my crockpot is too hot cuz they melted to it, tearing a hole in the bag and leaving it a mess anyhow.
I threw them out after thinking they were bad but it turns out it must have just been my crockpot.

Those came out years ago, and I tried them then...
I'm not a big fan of cooking in plastic, because I always imagine all the chemicals leaching into my food.
We're I not a paranoid-mess, I would probably love them. As it is, I just grit my teeth and try not to think about the amount of lead in the crockpot glaze.

Re: Crock Pot Bags!!!!!
I use oven cooking bags all the time and love them.
(plastic chemical concerns I simply push aside....because I figure even drinking water has been proven to cause cancer most places)
I haven't ever tried the crock pot liners, but I sort of assume they are a similar material.
I haven't ever cooked anything in my crockpot that stuck badly enough to be a problem enough to see that they would be needed. The crock part itself usually just clean right up after just a little soaking in soap and hot water.Last edited by LariP; 01-23-2013 at 06:32 PM.

I love these for the office pot lucks. I use them about twice a year and they're great, no mess and I don't have to clean up at work.
