    Cheesy chicken and rice

    This is a super simple recipe that I got off a can of Campbells condensed cream of mushroom soup but I love is so much I think it's worth sharing

    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 cup water
    3/4 cup white rice
    1/2 t onion powder
    1/4 t black pepper
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

    Heat the oven to 375F. Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

    Top with the chicken. Cover the baking dish.

    Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with the cheese. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir the rice before serving.

    ****It's nice to add vegetables to it too*******
