Spinach with Ravioli
2 packages of Bertolli fresh 5 cheese ravioli
2 cans of diced tomatoes with garlic and basil
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 package of fresh baby spinach
1 package of provolone cheese (you will need to shred)
garlic
salt & pepper
olive oil
crush garlic, put in a large pot with olive oil and cook.
boil ravioli for about 5 mins
in pan add tomatoes and salt & pepper, then add the ravioli and let simmer for about 5 mins
add the whipping cream and stir. (you can add more, depending on how creamy you want it.) let simmer for a few minutes.
pour washed baby spinach on top of the ravioli and put lid on pot, after about a minute turn the stove off and let the spinach wilt down.
add the shredded provolone cheese on top, put top back on and ready to serve once cheese is melted.
