White Trash Chicken (Don't let the name fool you)
My boyfriend named this the first time I made it for him.
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 large bag of your favorite bbq potato chips.
3/4 cup oil
Directions
preheat oven to 350 F
Trim fat from chicken breasts
Pour potato chips in large ziplock bag
Crush until small enough to be breading. You can use a rolling pin or a childto do this.
coat chicken breasts in oil.
put them 1 at a time in the crushed chips and "shake and bake"
place them on a cookie sheet
bake until chicken is completely cooked usually about 30 min
be careful not to burn the chip crustLast edited by LariP; 01-19-2013 at 07:13 PM.
